Check-in

Check in from 3:00 PM to 6:30PM We inform our guests that during arrival and departure days our office is open approximately from 11.30 AM (possible delays are due to a high number of departures). Around 11:30 AM we can begin with registration and payment procedures and key delivery, but we are not able to guarantee that your accommodation will be ready. We remind you also that between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM there is the silence time. During these hours, cars are not allowed, our office is closed and check-in operations are suspended. In case of late check-in, we ask our kind guests to notify us by 18:00 on the day of arrival to organize for them a self check-in.

Check-out

Departures are from 7AM to 9:30AM. At the latest, on the day before departure, the Guest must make an appointment at reception for the departure inspection. These appointments are usually fixed every 15 min between 7AM and 9:30 AM.

Pets allowed?

No.

Cancel / Confirmatory deposit?

No penalty from the reservation day until 31 days before the date of arrival: from 30 up to 16 days before the date of arrival: 50% of the total price of the reservation; from 15 up to 8 days before the date of arrival: 80% of the total price of the reservation; from 7 up to 3 days before the date of arrival: 90% of the total price of the reservation; from 2 days before the date of arrival, in case of no show or early departure: 100% of the total price of the reservation.

Accepted creditcards?

Visa, Mastecard. On arrival a refundable deposit of Euro 100 for each mobile home unit must be paid cash.

Half Board or Full Board treatment?

No.

Accommodations are air-conditioned?

Yes. All our mobile homes are equipped with air conditioning. During your stay you can decide if using it or not. In order to save energy, air conditioning will be charged 1 Euro per kW/h.

Is there an entertainment service or mini club?

Yes. The animation team involves, organizes, and programmes fun activities for all the guests. The children have the miniclub all for themselves, with games and entertainment designed for different age groups. The adults can take part in beach activities, sports and tournaments.

The pool is suitable for children?

Yes.

The use of the swimming pool is included in the price?

Yes.

The beach is equipped or free?

80/200 meters from our mobile homes you’ll have access to the beach, where you can bring the 2 beach chairs and the beach umbrella that you will find in your mobile home. If you prefer, you can take advantage of the beach service and rent a fixed beach spot (the cost varies approximately from 90 to 120 Euro per week)

How far is the Camping from the beach?

Villaggio San Francesco is on the sea. Our mobile homes are between 80 and 200 meters from the beach.

How far is the village from the nearest city center?

Duna Verde: 1,5 km Eraclea Mare: 3,9 km Centro di Caorle: 9 km Lido di Jesolo: 17 km

Accommodations are equipped with bed linen, bath linen and crockery?

The dishes (plates, glasses, pots, cutlery, etc.) are included in the price. Bed linens and towels are not included but can be rented on request (not later than a week before arrival). Bed linens and towels Euro 25,00 per person per change.

Accommodations are equipped with TV?

Yes.

Is there a Club card to pay?

No.

Hot showers are to be paid?

No.

Final cleaning is included in the price?

No. The accommodation must be left clean (we pay special attention to the cleanliness of bathroom, fridge and cooker). A deduction of Euro 40 for a final clean will be taken away from your deposit if your accommodation is not clean when you leave. If guests decide to book the final cleaning, we ask them to not leave dirty dishes in the sink and garbage inside the house.. Mandatory end-cleaning (Euro 40,00) for stays shorter than 7 nights.
