Cancel / Confirmatory deposit?

The total amount must be paid within 45 days prior to arrival at the facility. The renunciation of the trip gives the right to the refund of the sums paid net of the bank charges and penalties indicated here, the registration fees and the expenses to be incurred for the cancellation of the I.T. and individual stays: - up to 30 days before the start of use of the tent and / or mobile home: no penalty; - from the 29th day to the 9th day before the start of use of the tent and / or mobile home: 50% of the amount that would have been due if the contract had been properly executed; - from the 8th day to the 4th day before the start of use of the tent and / or mobile home: 75% of the amount that would have been due if the contract had been properly executed; - from the 3rd day before the start of use of the tent and / or mobile home: 100% of the amount that would have been due if the contract had been properly executed.

To be communicated at the time of booking: cots and/high chairs Euro 3,00 per day.

Half Board or Full Board treatment?

To be checked with the campsite. There are: four restaurants-pizzeria, one with a large terrace overlooking the lake, take-away, five snack bars, ice cream parlor, fish & chips

Additional Information?

In this structure you will find the dedicated reception of Happy Camp! Deposit Euro 100.00 in cash on arrival. - Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodations. - For safety reasons, it is mandatory to wear a bracelet provided by the campsite during your stay.

Accommodations are air-conditioned?

All except Happy Maxi Tent. Cost Euro 5,00 per day to be paid locally.

Is there an entertainment service or mini club?

Animation for children with mini club and for adults, from April to the end of the basic program while from mid-May to mid-September a rich entertainment program; playground, soccer field, volleyball, basketball, table tennis, archery, fireworks on the water in high season every 15 days; for a fee: tennis court, bike rental, buoys, park with inflatable games, Waterski Center with paraflying, parasailing and banana boat; canoes and Sup, beach volleyball and an area equipped with an outdoor gym.

The pool is suitable for children?

Water park consisting of five large swimming pools with slides and water games; slide for adults, three other swimming pools for children and adults, all equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds (subject to availability); mandatory cap in the semi-Olympic swimming pool, Bel Island with geysers and water games for the little ones; Nice Beach, small sandy beach with sun beds and umbrellas (subject to availability). Pools open from April to the end of September (subject to weather conditions).

The campsite is located directly on Lake Garda.

Crockery provided. Linen to be communicated at the time of booking and to be paid locally. (Double Set Euro 20.00 per change: 1 double sheet, 2 towels - Single Set Euro 15.00 per change: 1 single sheet, 1 towel - Set of Towels Euro 10.00 per change: 1 shower towel, 1 face).

Final cleaning is included in the price?

Mobile homes must be left clean or € 40.00 will be deducted from the deposit for Happy Maxi Tent and Happy Classic, Standard, Standard Extra and Comfort; € 50.00 for Happy Premium, Plus, Superior and Premium Suite.
