Toscana Village is a new and spacious campsite. It occupies an area of 35,000 square meters with 83 sites. All our pitches are provided with electrical connection (according to the european Community Rules). Some places have the possibility of connection with water and sewage (this facility must be booked in advance). Dogs are allowed in the campsite.

The camping is equipped with all the necessary services: 60 sites, a mini market; a building with 16 baths and 10 showers, a bowls ground. The major part of the sites is equipped with electricity.

Our Equipped Bungalow Tents are a spartan but simple solution for those who would like to camp but prefer to find their accommodation ready for use on the campsite. So that you can start to relax right after arrival and enjoy your holidays in the middle of nature.
The habitable surface is circa 25 m² plus external veranda. Two bedrooms separated by a wardrobe; living room, separate kitchen. The Bungalow Tents are provided with electricity, but have no shower or toilet. The guests use the common sanitary building on the campsite.
All windows are provided with curtains and the walls of the veranda are made of transparant plastic. The canopy has a window in mosquito netting with plastic covering. The walls and roof are made of water resistant cotton. It is possible to add a fifth bed or rent bed linen and towels. (Ask at the reception at arrival).
Each bedroom has 2 single slatted beds, unitable if wanted.
The living room is equipped with table and chairs which can be moved outside if necessary, and two small closets to store kitchen utensils or other.
The kitchenette is separate and provided with a GPL-stove with external gas bottle. No water supply. The kitchen includes kitchen utensils for 5 people, pots and pans.

TYPE "L" for 4 or 4 + 2 persons

Our two-room bungalow, under an ancient pine forest of camping, can sleep up to 4 people and comprise: lounge with sofa bed for 2 people, kitchenette equipped with cooking utensils, double bedroom, air-conditioning, spacious veranda furnished with table and chairs. The use of all facilities is included.

Our brand-new Giannutri two-room cottages are situated under the pine forest, right next to the swimming pool complex. Surface of 36 square metre. The use of all Formula Club facilities is free of charge.

Recently built, our Giglio two-room cottages are situated in an area at the border with the pine forest, adjacent to the swimming pools and can be either on the ground or the first floor. The campsite flat area is reserved for caravans, camper vans and trailer tents. All pitches are numbered and delimited by trees, in particular pine trees and eucalyptus. But exceptional of the site are its terraces for tents. Ancient olive trees, rosemary and broom bushes, cork trees… this typical vegetation frames a highly evocative and variegated site, an ideal destination for nature lovers. And nature itself is our pride! All pitches are supplied with electricity (included in the price). The campsite also comprises two groups of sanitary facilities, free hot showers, laundrettes, freezer for ice containers.

The stone bungalow is set away from the rest of the campsite and surrounded by chestnut, beech and fir trees. It offers guests the perfect opportunity to experience Nature to the full, the sounds and scents of the trees and the spring that flows through the campsite. The bungalow is situated at the bottom of a terraced chestnut grove and it was once used for the drying of the chestnuts during the autumn. The bungalow is built out of stone, and recalls the typical, local buildings that characterize the small but charming medieval village of Palazzuolo sul Senio. The bungalow has two floors. On the upper floor there is a double bed, two single beds and a small sideboard that can be transformed into a fifth sleeping space. On the ground floor there is a kitchen and a double sofa bed.

CARAVAN 2 The caravan has a front porch, there is a wooden roof that covers both the porch and the caravan that offers further protection. The caravan is medium sized with 2 double beds and can be booked for 4 or 5 people. Inside the porch there is a fridge and a hob with two cooking points. There is also a table and chairs. CARAVAN 9 The caravan has sleeping space for 4 with roulotte, porch, hob, and a table and chairs in the porch. CARAVAN 37 This is a large caravan. It is slightly isolated from the rest of the pitches. There is lots of shade. It has a large double bed and a dinette that transforms into a further two bed spaces. There is a large wooden roof and raised, wooden flooring. On the left there is a covered kitchen, a sink with running water, a hob with 4 cooking points and a fridge. There is a table and 4 chairs under the roof. CARAVAN 65 This caravan is situated near to the stream with a garden at the front and a car parking space on the side. The caravan has a frontal tent which houses the table and chairs and a hob to cook. The sink with running water is situated within the pitch but outdoors.

La Mobilhome di marca Burstner è localizzata in una piazzola ombreggiata, nella parte antistante solo alberi e bosco e in basso il torrente. La mobilhone è composta da : una camera matrimoniale con letto raggiungibile da tre lati, con mobili e una piccola scrivania. La parte centrale è adibita a giorno con un tavolo ad angolo che può trasformarsi anch'esso in un letto matrimoniale, di fronte a questo c'è una cucina completa con frigo, lavello, fornelli. Nell'ultima parte della casa sono presenti un'altra camera da letto e un bagno. La cameretta ha due letti singoli e uno a castello in testa ai due di traverso, di dimensioni più contenute, mentre nel bagno c'è una doccia, un wc e un lavello. Nella mobilhome sono disponibili boiler per acqua calda e condizionatore con pompa di calore.
