Our Equipped Bungalow Tents are a spartan and simple solution for those who would like to camp but prefer to find their accommodation ready for use on the campsite. So that you can start to relax right after arrival and enjoy your holidays in the middle of nature.
The habitable surface is circa 25 m² plus external veranda. Two bedrooms separated by a wardrobe; living room, separate kitchen. The Bungalow Tents are provided with electricity, but have no shower or toilet. The guests use the common sanitary building on the campsite.
All windows are provided with curtains and the walls of the veranda are made of transparant plastic. The canopy has a window in mosquito netting with plastic covering. The walls and roof are made of water resistant cotton. It is possible to add a fifth bed or rent bed linen and towels. (Ask at the reception at arrival).
Each bedroom has 2 single slatted beds, unitable if wanted.
The living room is equipped with table and chairs which can be moved outside if necessary, and two small closets to store kitchen utensils or other.

Our brand-new Giannutri two-room cottages are situated under the pine forest, right next to the swimming pool complex. Surface of 36 square metre. Our rental caravans with reed covered porch, are accommodated with table and chairs, refrigerator, kitchenette and water supplied sink. The rental caravan is not supplied with shower and toilet. Sheets and dishes not included. The daily rates include electricity, gas, hot showers, parking place.

Max 7 persons The stone bungalow is set away from the rest of the campsite and surrounded by chestnut, beech and fir trees. It offers guests the perfect opportunity to experience Nature to the full, the sounds and scents of the trees and the spring that flows through the campsite. The bungalow is situated at the bottom of a terraced chestnut grove and it was once used for the drying of the chestnuts during the autumn. The bungalow is built out of stone, and recalls the typical, local buildings that characterize the small but charming medieval village of Palazzuolo sul Senio. The bungalow has two floors. On the upper floor there is a double bed, two single beds and a small sideboard that can be transformed into a fifth sleeping space. On the ground floor there is a kitchen and a double sofa bed.

La Mobilhome di marca Burstner è localizzata in una piazzola ombreggiata, nella parte antistante solo alberi e bosco e in basso il torrente. La mobilhone è composta da : una camera matrimoniale con letto raggiungibile da tre lati, con mobili e una piccola scrivania. La parte centrale è adibita a giorno con un tavolo ad angolo che può trasformarsi anch'esso in un letto matrimoniale, di fronte a questo c'è una cucina completa con frigo, lavello, fornelli. Nell'ultima parte della casa sono presenti un'altra camera da letto e un bagno. La cameretta ha due letti singoli e uno a castello in testa ai due di traverso, di dimensioni più contenute, mentre nel bagno c'è una doccia, un wc e un lavello. Nella mobilhome sono disponibili boiler per acqua calda e condizionatore con pompa di calore.
