Villaggio Castroboleto

Opening season from 09/06/2012 to 15/09/2012 NOVA SIRI MARINA (MT) - [ Basilicata ] Castroboleto holiday village is in Marina di Nova Siri, in Basilicata, 30km south of Metaponto, nestled in a beautiful pine forest near the “Herakleia” WWF reserve. Thanks to this incredible setting you can dive into the beautiful Ionian Sea whilst surrounded by breathtaking scenery and thousands of years of history, as this was the site of Magna Grecia. The bungalows in the village, surrounded by pine and eucalyptus trees, offer every comfort for a relaxing holiday.
Facilities available in Castroboleto holiday village include: a restaurant, pizzeria, bar, beach bar, market, swimming pool, tennis court, five-a-side football, games area, disco, bike hire, a safe in the reception area and ample car parking.
In the restaurant you can sample the simple flavours of our traditional local specialities.
Castroboleto is also a place for music, parties and fun. Thanks to our wonderful group of entertainment staff there are new games, themed parties, competitions, cabaret and variety shows every day as well as aerobics, aquagym, dancing, tennis and five-a-side football competitions, volleyball, waterpolo, regattas, beach volleyball, a piano bar and a disco where you can relax in the evening.
As if that wasn’t enough, after midnight our staff move the entertainment to the beach with music, dancing or an open air cinema under the stars. Children aged 6 to 11 are welcome to come to the mini Club to play and have fun with our team of children’s entertainers.
They can also participate in all the sports that the village has to offer which are suitable for their age. Every week they will also be the stars in a show organised with our entertainment staff.
At Castroboleto you can try your hand at a variety of water sports: swimming, windsurfing, sailing and canoeing. If you have never tried these activities before there is no need to worry, our team of expert instructors will be on hand to guide you and help you get in shape.
The Castroboleto sailing club is equipped with: caravels, catamarans, single-handed lasers, optimists, windsurfers for beginners and experts and canoes for one or two people. There are group courses for swimming, sailing, windsurfing and you can also use the facilities unaccompanied. If you have your own boat Castro Boleto provides a secure area with a slipway where it can be kept.
Castro Boleto is particularly suitable for families but also for lovers of water sports. has a beach, a wide and exclusive, which can be reached easily on foot.
The beach, sand and small pebbles, is equipped with umbrellas, deck chairs and beds for personal use, combined with the bungalows and included in the fee.
The beach Castroboleto welcomes you to experience moments of calm or to involve them from the activities proposed by the staff of our instructors efficient sailing and windsurfing. You can freely use the canoes or participate in activities dall'equipe animation.
